Founded in 2013 on Kefalonia Island by Margarita Kotsilini and Demetris Kekatos, MADE represents the new generation of the original office established by Markos Kotsilini, which has been operating as a Technical Office since 1981.
As a team, we treat every project as a unique journey, guiding it from the earliest schematic design phase all the way through to construction. Our design philosophy centers on sustainability, thoughtful material selection, and delivering cost-effective solutions.

Margarita Kotsilini
[ARCHITECT]
She studied Architecture at the University of Patras and at the Faculty of Architecture in Florence through the Erasmus program. In 2024, she received an award for one of her projects in Kefalonia at the international BIG SEE Awards in Slovenia.
At the team, she is responsible for the architectural design of new buildings, renovation projects and construction architectural plans
Demetris Kekatos
[STRUCTRURAL ENGINEER - MENG]
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Patras, with a specialization in structural engineering. He earned his Master’s degree with distinction in Product Architecture & Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey (2011–2013).
Within the team, he is responsible for the structural analysis of constructions, the overall supervision of projects and the management of construction sites.
Gerry Diplas
[MECHANICAL ENGINEER]
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Patras, specializing in Aeronautics. Since 2008, he has been working as a freelance engineer in the design and construction of technical projects.
At the team, he is responsible for the energy analysis of buildings, the preparation of all mechanical engineering studies and the supervision of mechanical installations and specialized constructions.
